Policies


  • PAYMENT: We accept payment through Paypal (Visa, Master card, Amex and Discover) or Stripe (to process credit card payments.
  • SALES TAX:  We are required to collect all state sales tax. 
  • RETURNS: Due to the handmade nature of our products, Tuft Woolens, LLC is unable to accept returns.  However, customer concerns with items purchased should be promptly directed to tuftwoolens1@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt.  We will do everything we can to make it right.
  • SHIPPING:  Unfortunately, due to the new 2021 Value Added Taxation (VAT) policies in both the U.K. and E.U., Tuft Woolens, LLC can no longer fulfill orders from these regions.  Elsewhere, items will be shipped within 5-7 business days.  You will receive an email with your tracking number when order has shipped. We will do everything that is in our power to help locate your order, but if you have an issue that is completely out of our control, please follow up with your local post office.  We cannot be held liable for items lost during shipping.  If you require insurance, please contact us for a shipping quote.
